XEROX-BRANDED STANDALONE TOWER DUPLICATORS

The Result of an Exclusive Licensing Agreement with Xerox, the DVD/CD & Blu-ray Duplicators Feature the Industry’s First “Drag and Drop” Function

LOS ANGELES, CALIF. – March 31, 2008 – Vinpower Digital Inc., manufacturer and worldwide supplier of advanced digital duplication equipment, announced today that it has entered into an exclusive trademark licensing agreement with Xerox Corporation (NYSE: XRX) to develop, market and support a new line of Xerox-branded duplicators.

Available from Octave, the Xerox Blu-ray, CD-DVD Duplicators are manual tower disc duplicators that range from one to 15 writer drives, each of which operates independently of a PC, providing businesses a quick and inexpensive way to make multiple copies of CDs and DVDs. In an industry first, each of the new models allow users to transfer image files directly from a PC to the duplicator’s internal hard drive, saving users the time and effort usually required to produce a master disc for each project.

Several models in the line also provide users with an industry-leading 256MB buffer memory for more stable and reliable high-speed duplication with a greatly reduced occurrence of buffer under-run errors.

“Vinpower Digital is proud to associate with Xerox, a company whose name is synonymous with innovation, to offer businesses and organizations of all sizes the most reliable and efficient duplicators on the market,” said Calvin Chang, CEO, Vinpower Digital. “Our proven technology and distribution track record, combined with the Xerox brand and the enhanced functionality of these duplicators, make us very confident this line will set a new standard for this category of product.”

“Vinpower Digital is a leader in the duplicator market and shares Xerox’s commitment to innovation, quality and reliability,” said Chris AuClair, Brand Identity Manager at Xerox. “This relationship extends the Xerox brand into a new product category, giving our customers even greater technology choices.”
